Rehearsals start after the summer holidays on Thursday 19th September at Carey Baptist Church, Pole Street, Preston, PR1 1DX for our Opera Gala Concert on Saturday November 30th with our friends at Blackpool Symphony Orchestra.

If you've not sung opera before - or even sung before - don't let this stop you. Previous experience is not necessary; we have plenty of help on hand and a warm welcome awaits you.

​Preston Opera Spacehive Crowdfunding Campaign
On 20 July 2023 Preston Opera set up a Spacehive Project called the Preston Opera Production Fund. It was a crowd-funding project that was hoping to get pledges of support for Preston Opera with a target of £2000 to be reached within 3 months of launch. We're delighted that the project has been successful and that we have reached our target thanks to the generosity of many supporters. Our sincere thanks to all those who helped us and we hope to see you for our production of Tales of Hoffmann. The Production Fund will help us ensure we can retain a full orchestra for our Hoffmann performances and allow us to offer financial support to our soloists.
